1) I ordered Linguine alla Nerano in forma di campana. Last time I ordered them, they were prepared in a provolone chees loaf (as indicated in french on the menu card). This time they were prepared in a bell form (as indicated in the Italian version). This is a bit confusing. But the main problem was, that the linguine were just lukewarm - very disappointing. 2) Maybe salt and pepper could be given in large salt and pepper mills? This would add a little special touch to the overall experience. 3) When presenting the bill to the last clients: The waiters could come and tell that the restaurant is going to close, eventually ask for a last order and then ask if it would be OK, to bring the bill, instead of placing the bill on the table and stating, that the restaurant is going to close.
