The restaurant, despite the location is unpretentious and welcoming! The staff are always smiling, friendly and attentive (this time it was Laura who looked after us from arrival to departure). The food was beautifully balanced and delicate with no single flavour overpowering another and always letting the main ingredient i.e. the meat or the fish etc take centre stage. My wife's meat and my fish were cooked perfectly. The entree and desserts were all very good. The drinks (again despite the location) were very reasonably priced and were clearly chosen to complement the food. Recommended without hesitation.
