Unser Küchenchef verwendet als Basis typisch peruanische Produkte, aber er verfeinert sie und lässt neue Ideen einfließen. Die Kolonisierung hat zahlreiche Einflüsse nach Peru gebracht. Daraus resultiert eine reiche, exotische und erstaunliche Kochkunst.
