Unser Küchenchef verwendet als Basis typisch peruanische Produkte, aber er verfeinert sie und lässt neue Ideen einfließen. Die Kolonisierung hat zahlreiche Einflüsse nach Peru gebracht. Daraus resultiert eine reiche, exotische und erstaunliche Kochkunst.

j¿ai apprécié la qualité des plats, le choix est très varié, et le service très aimable. seul petit bémol : ce serait bien si les allergènes seraient indiqués sur la carte.
