The RESTAURANT itself, frequented by a cosmopolitan, local and professional clientele, offers 3 different indoor spaces, all featuring contemporary design and an innovative mix of colors, patterns and textures, enabling the right balance between space and intimacy. The restaurant is closed on Monday, Tuesday & Saturday lunch time. Outside, our terraces, pavilions and barbecue facilities, optimized for private or corporate events, generously play out on our 21 ares property.

We visited again as part of Restodays, as we...

We visited again as part of Restodays, as we we very happy last time. This time, the quality of food was again amazing, as we know it. Hostellerie keeps the level high. They even accommodated to bring a candle for the dessert to celebrate birthday of my partner. However, we noticed a sharp decrease in quality of the service. I understand that Restoday might not be appreciated by the staff, but we expect a certain level of professionalism. Perhaps because we spoke English and we wanted to keep the menu for 5 more minutes, our waitress gave us rude looks and didn't even explain the food presented. We also ordered wine pairing, which finally wasn't a pairing at all - with 3 different dishes we received the same Chardonnay. We asked our waitress, but she only laughed at my question. This was very disappointing, as during last Restodays we ordered pairing and each of 4 different dishes received a well paired wine (4 in total). Maybe we were unlucky for the day, or the person in charge of our table? Other waiters seemed very nice. In any case, we will definitely come again for the food, but not during Restodays. Please try to keep the level of service high, we are locals and like HDG a lot!
