40€ for a cut of beef... with french fries, even if it tasted good, it wasn't worth the value. You can have this prices if you are a top end restaurant where all the service details are taking care off, not in a restaurant that "pretends" to be glamorous but has paper napkins, the waiters dressing in jeans, and ceiling light wires hanging as it something was in the middle of being repaired. I am sorry but even if the food was good, not worth at all. I will never recommend it to a friend.
