This was the third time in a row that the meal...

This was the third time in a row that the meal service was disappointing. I explicitly instructed the waitress how I wanted the meat to be done but this did not happen. The leeks were too raw and could not be cut, even with the meat knife. The two potato cakes were too dry. Moreover, the white wine was at room temperature rather than cooled.

le menu de dégustation été une merveille Ravio...

le menu de dégustation été une merveille Ravioles de Homard *** & Poularde*** Pigeon** (j¿ai aimé pas trop les concentrés de cassis et de¿ un peu plus de jus/sauce de cuisson serai parfait) Cette soirée et assez bruitant à l¿intérieur un grand groupe (>20p) mais passable.
